You do not need to install Flash Player.
- Open the page that has the rich media content in Internet Explorer. For example, visit Flash Player Help.
- Click the Tools menu, in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer.
- Note:Ensure that your current website has rich media content. If the current website does not contain rich media content, Shockwave Flash Object doesn't appear in the list.
- Open the page that has rich media content in Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools menu and choose Safety > ActiveX Filtering.
- Close the browser and open it. Then, try to view the content.
- Adobe Flash Player is both a sophisticated and striking client runtime, allowing users to receive high-quality content on their computers. It provides a rich user experience, such as the easy creation of cubic Bezier curves with the cubicCurveTo.
- The Adobe test page returns the message 'Flash Player is currently disabled.' But when I go to the settings, it is enabled. I tried toggling the flash player setting, but that didn't help.
Problem
Consider the following scenario:
- You browse to an Office 365 Video site and then click a video to view it.
- When the video page opens, you receive the following message:

Solution
To resolve this issue, install and enable Adobe Flash Player.

Be aware that some versions of Android and iOS don't support Flash. If you receive the error message described in this article and your device doesn’t support HTML 5 playback, these devices will be unable to play back the video through the web browser.
